The winter weather continues, as some early spring snow is expected later tonight and early Thursday morning , especially along and southeast of the I95 corridor
As an area of low pressure develops well off shore a bit of an inverted trough is expected to extend back towards the coast, leading to snow showers and even a steady light snow for some, the interior will only see isolated to scattered snow showers and flurries, this wont be a big deal with amounts around a coating to 1 inch again along and especially to the east of I95 but enough to remind us old man winter is hanging in there and this will be taking place during the morning commute Thursday.
A winter weather advisory is in effect for coastal southern New Jersey , these may be extended towards Long Island later this afternoon
