We are in a nice, tranquil and at times spring like weather stretch through Tuesday with generally dry conditions and temperatures moderating from the upper 30s to mid 40s today , to 50s and some low 60s by Tuesday! Thereafter the threat for a major storm is increasing
We will have a sub tropical disturbance possibly merge with a polar disturbance , which may very well lead to a rapidly intensifying low that tracks from the Plains east-northeast through the area and then really bomb out over the coastal waters
Above is the ECMWF interpretation but most of the models are in general agreement but as we saw last time plenty can change in 3-4 days
Storm Threat Map
Below is a map of the expected impacts of this storm as of now, obviously with 3-4 days to go , deviations in track are likely which will bring these zones either north or south but this is also including climatology as well as the fact that there is going to be quite a warm up just ahead of the storm.
