The general and original idea I had of this storm being a coastal scraper and glancing blow is now becoming a reality , as we will have a major storm develop it’s just going to develop too Far East due to a progressive look to the pattern, it looks to be a tad farther east than I originally expected but the general ideas look to be realized and I never really got excited for this one , so we are looking at a very light snowfall for most of the area and a moderate snowfall possible along extreme coastal areas , the only place this powerful storm will have truly major impacts on looks to be Cape Cod and extreme Southeastern New England, perhaps extreme Eastern LI too, and the main driver for any snow that does fall for most of the area is more so from the northern piece of energy more so than from the main storm itself. It could’ve have been a huge storm with a phase a few hrs earlier but this is clearly a “close but no cigar ” case here which would follow suite with most of the storms this month
We can see most of the area is on the extreme western fringes here with just a light snowfall for about 95% of the forecast area with some moderate snows along the immediate coast , the snow will begin tomorrow mid to late afternoon and end by midnight, mostly scattered and light along and west of I95 a bit more steady and organized well south and east

Here’s accumulation forecast , this is basically a nuisance event for mostly everyone and most areas in the C-1 Inch area is really only getting light snow from the northern piece of energy that will swing through , not merging with the southern piece until it’s too late, extreme coastal will get a taste of both the initial northern stream energy and the rapidly bombing storm which will “enhance” accumulation and get a taste of some wind but overall this doesn’t look like a big deal at all, this is also winters last grasp as a more spring like pattern takes over by weeks end!
